Hi, I’m Divya.
I (she/her) am a second-generation South Asian therapist born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent over a decade in the tech industry, spanning tiny startups to social impact organizations to Google. I appreciated being able to launch products and services and build efficient, growth-oriented teams. But I also found myself in cycles of burnout and a chronic sense of disconnection.
This led me down a path of self-inquiry through therapy and other modalities. Therapy has been the primary structure for metabolizing my own history — intergenerational and personal — and the patterns that have shaped it. Now, clarity, agency, and fulfillment have become something I immersively experi, not just understand.
I now have a dynamic relationship with the thread that integrates my intellectual, somatic, psychological, and ineffable layers — an evolving sense of my own throughline.
This path is what brought me to this work.
